Items you will need

• Headbands - preferably thin 
• Fabric, paper, felt or foam for the crown
• Tule roll
• Jewels for for decorating
• Hot glue gun
• Needle and Thread

How to Make

1. Download pattern found here:
2. Cut out pattern and trace on to fabric or material chosen for the crown
3. Cut out the crowns and glue the crown in so the edges meet up
4. Cut 25in of Tule and fold in half length wise
5. Using a needle and thread gather the fabric and create a circle.  I prefer to use clear thread, but thread the color of the tule will also work
6. Glue the tule circle 2 inches from the center of the headband
7. Glue or sew the crown to the head band above the tule circle
